We make use of sophisticated screening and selection methods to ensure that you always receive top quality, talented personnel who have a clean history. This process includes, but is not limited to, the following:

  • Interview
  • Skills Assessment
  • Criminal Background Checks
  • Drug/Alcohol Screenings
  • I-9 Verification (see Appendix)
  • Reference Checks

Only those people who successfully pass all of these assessments, screenings, and reference checks will be considered for employment.

Temporary Placements

Short & Long-Term Temporary Placements
PEI maintains a database of current, available employees as well as daily new applicant flow to fulfill the needs of our clients. We are able to fill last minute orders; short and long term projects; replacements; and backfill for vacations, illness or leave of absense for our clients’ full-time employees.

Temp-to-Hire Placements

This service allows our clients to utilize our resources and pre-interview applicants for direct placement. The clients have the option of being included in the final interview and selection process or to have experienced PEI recruiters make the selection. Upon the selection and approval of a candidate, the employee is placed on site where the client is able to observe the work performance, attendance and attitude during the completion of the temp-to-hire obligation.

Direct-Hire Placements

Over the last two decades, PEI staff have been serving many businesses with professional placements. Our recruiters have successfully placed candidates in all arenas of the business community by means of our local and national resources. Our efforts to go the extra mile in the recruiting process, helps us to find the ideal candidate for permanent positions.
